It describes the various ways that subscribers can access a variety of networks including the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), the Packet Switched Public Data Network (PSPDN), the Circuit Switched Public Data Network (CSPDN), the Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) and the Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN).
